Help & safety
Campus Mall is a catalog, not a checkout. Here is how buying, selling and staying safe work when you deal directly with a student vendor.
Every listing belongs to a verified student vendor. Campus Mall does not take payments or hold stock — you agree everything directly with the person who makes or sells the item.
Browse by category or campus, search the market, or open a vendor profile to see everything they carry.
Use the WhatsApp, call or email buttons on the product or vendor page. Confirm the size, colour, price and whether the item is available.
Choose a public spot on campus or a delivery plan you are both comfortable with. Ask for a photo if the vendor is sending an item.
Inspect the item first, then pay the vendor directly by cash or mobile money. Keep the chat and payment receipt until you are satisfied.
Most campus exchanges are simple and friendly. A few habits keep them that way.

Check the item, size and condition before money changes hands. Do not send a full payment before you have seen what you are buying.
Confirm the item, price and handover details in the chat. A written record helps if something is not as described.
If a deal feels rushed, the price is too good, or the vendor asks for a deposit to an unfamiliar number, pause and ask us.
Student vendors source and make in small batches, so sizing can vary between shops. Use the guide below as a starting point, then ask the vendor for the measurements of the exact item you want.
| Size | Chest (cm) | Length (cm) | Typical fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 86–91 | 64 | Close fit |
| S | 91–97 | 67 | Regular |
| M | 97–102 | 70 | Regular |
| L | 102–107 | 72 | Relaxed |
| XL | 107–112 | 74 | Relaxed |
| 2XL | 112–120 | 76 | Oversized |
Measure a garment you already like, flat, from armpit to armpit and double it for chest. Ask the vendor how the item runs before you order.
Applications are free. We review every shop before publishing so students can trust what they find in the market.
Complete the vendor application with your shop details, product list and photos. Every submission reaches our inbox immediately.
We confirm that the business is student-run and that the listing details and images are clear. We may message you for missing information.
Approved vendors get a profile and product listings, plus direct WhatsApp, call and email links. You handle payment and delivery yourself.
No. Campus Mall is a catalog and does not process payments. You pay the vendor directly after agreeing on the item, price and handover. This keeps the market free and keeps money with the student business.
Delivery is arranged by each vendor. Some offer campus pickup, some deliver within a hall or neighbourhood, and some use a courier. The vendor page lists their location and contact details so you can confirm before ordering.
Every shop is reviewed before it is published. We check that the business is student-run and that the contact details and product information are complete. We do not inspect every item or guarantee a transaction.
Contact the vendor first and give them a chance to fix it. If you cannot resolve it, email lhordstarr@gmail.com with the vendor name, item and screenshots of your chat. We can remove a shop that repeatedly lets students down.
Yes. Choose “Other Ghanaian campus” in the application and tell us where you are based. We are expanding campus by campus and will review your shop on its merits.
Usually within two campus days. If we need more photos or product details, we will reach out on WhatsApp or by email. You can reply to the confirmation email with anything you forgot.
We collect the details you submit in the vendor application — your name, contact details, business information and images — to review your shop and, if approved, publish your public profile. Application images are stored in Netlify Forms and are not public until we publish selected images through the site admin. We do not sell your data.
Public vendor pages show only the business name, description, campus, location and the contact channels you choose to publish. To ask for a correction or removal, email lhordstarr@gmail.com.
